Die ProCredit Bank in Deutschland ist Teil der ProCredit Gruppe, die insbesondere in elf Ländern Südost- und Osteuropas Hausbank für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen (KMU) und Privatkunden ist.

In Deutschland richten wir uns an mittelständische Unternehmen mit Geschäftsbeziehungen zu diesen Märkten. Außerdem stellen wir in Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams der jeweiligen ProCredit Banken vor Ort langfristige Darlehen für nachhaltige unternehmerische Investitionen in Südost- und Osteuropa bereit. Als Korrespondenzbank der Gruppe managen wir die Group Treasury, Auslandszahlungen und Handelsfinanzierungen. Mit unseren Aktivitäten wollen wir einen aktiven Beitrag zur ökologisch und sozial nachhaltigen wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung in der Region leisten.

Werkstudent*in ESG

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit an allen Themen im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit
  • Unterstützung der (internen) Kommunikation zu Nachhaltigkeitsthemen
  • Betreuung und Implementierung der Maßnahmen zur Haus-internen CO2-Reduktion
  • Vorbereitung der jährlichen EMAS-Prüfung sowie der Prüfungen der Innenrevision
  • Erhebung der monatlichen Verbrauchsdaten
  • Eingabe der Verbrauchsdaten in das IT-System, Plausibilisierung und Analyse
  • Marktrecherchen zu Best Practices
  • Vorbereitung und Protokollierung unserer Sustainability Committees
  • Überwachung und Unterstützung der Abteilungen bei nachhaltiger Beschaffung
  • Sonstige in diesem Bereich anfallende Aufgaben

Dein Profil

  • Angefangenes FH- oder Hochschulstudium (idealerweise 1. bis 3. Semester) in Umweltmanagement bzw. verwandten Themen oder Wirtschafts-, geistes- oder sozialwissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Umwelt
  • Grundsätzliches Interesse an ESG-Themen und Umweltmanagement-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Idealerweise sollte es Dir möglich sein vor Ort in unserer Bank arbeiten zu können
