Build better: real estate project in Romania sets standards
With colleagues on the ground, we support SMEs in South Eastern and Eastern Europe – including Romania. For example, as part of our efforts and together with the team of ProCredit Bank Romania, we financed the construction of a real estate project with 179 flats in Timisoara in Western Romania.
What is important to us?
We focus on the highest standards of occupational health and safety, sustainable project execution and communication at eye level with the client. With the Urbanio project, we found a perfect match. The Romanian family business behind the project is a long-standing ProCredit client and is setting new standards in the local market with its construction project.
