ProCredit Bank Germany is a part of the ProCredit group, which operates as the “Hausbank” for small and medium-sized enterprises and for private clients in eleven countries in South Eastern and Eastern Europe.

In Germany, we focus on medium-sized companies with business relationships in these markets. We work closely with the local ProCredit banks to facilitate the provision of longer-term loans for sustainable entrepreneurial investments in South Eastern and Eastern Europe. As the correspondent bank for the group, we also manage group treasury, international payments and trade finance. With our work, we seek to make an active contribution to ecologically and socially sustainable economic development in the region.

Senior Specialist Trade Finance

Deine Aufgaben als Senior Trade Finance Specialist: Du

  • übernimmst Verantwortung für die bedarfs- und abschlussorientierte Beratung unserer Schwesterbanken und Firmenkunden in ihrem grenzüberschreitenden Geschäft im Bereich des Dokumentengeschäfts
  • unterstützt die Kundenbetreuer in Ihrem Geschäft mit Firmenkunden
  • wickelst das Akkreditiv-, Garantie- und Inkassogeschäft für die Banken der ProCredit Gruppe und für Firmenkunden der Bank ab
  • identifizierst Kundenbedarfe und entwickelst neue Vertriebsimpulse und -ansätze durch kreative Ideen, auch im Hinblick auf Kundengewinnung und die Digitalisierung von Trade Finance-Produkten
  • pflegst die Verbindungen zu Firmenkunden, Schwesterbanken und anderen Bankpartnern und baust diese kontinuierlich aus
  • unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung des Trade Finance-Geschäftes innerhalb der Gruppe u.a. auch durch Organisation und Durchführung von bankinternen Workshops

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Interesse an der Einführung neuer Systeme und Prozesse, sowie am Projektmanagement
  • Kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Eigeninitiative
  • Fähigkeit zur eigenen Organisation, hohe Berufsmotivation und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Dokumentengeschäfts
