ProCredit Bank Germany is a part of the ProCredit group, which operates as the “Hausbank” for small and medium-sized enterprises and for private clients in eleven countries in South Eastern and Eastern Europe.
In Germany, we focus on medium-sized companies with business relationships in these markets. We work closely with the local ProCredit banks to facilitate the provision of longer-term loans for sustainable entrepreneurial investments in South Eastern and Eastern Europe. As the correspondent bank for the group, we also manage group treasury, international payments and trade finance. Trainee Risikocontrolling / Financial Risk Management
Du hast Interesse an der Risikomodellierung und -steuerung eines international agierenden Finanzinstituts?
In unserem 18-monatigen Traineeprogramm erhältst Du wesentliche Einblicke in das Risikomanagement und -controlling der ProCredit Bank. Durch die breitgefächerten und vielfältigen Entwicklungschancen kannst Du Deine Kenntnisse schärfen und Deine persönlichen sowie fachlichen Interessen weiterentwickeln. Im Risikocontrolling / Financial Risk Management unterstützt Du unsere Kolleg*innen bei Risikoquantifizierung und -steuerung. Du wirst dafür insbesondere mit folgenden Aufgaben betraut:
- Laufende Überwachung der Markt-, Liquiditäts-, und Adressenausfallrisiken sowie der Risikotragfähigkeit der Bank (ICAAP)
- Anwendung, Validierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Risikomodelle
- Steuerung der sich aus der Geschäftstätigkeit der Bank ergebenden Risiken
- Analyse und Interpretation regulatorischer Anforderungen sowie Mitwirkung an deren Umsetzung im Rahmen des Risikomanagementsystems
- Interne und externe Risikoberichterstattung
Dabei wirst Du von Beginn an in das Team integriert und erhältst die Möglichkeit, aktiv Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Im Anschluss an das Traineeprogramm streben wir ein langfristiges Beschäftigungsverhältnis an.
Dein Profil
- Gut abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit quantitativem Schwerpunkt oder einem anderen relevanten Studiengang
- Ausgepräge analytische Fähigkeiten
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse sowie erste Programmiererfahrung in Python, R, Stata oder einer weiteren Programmiersprache
- Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Spaß am Umgang mit Zahlen, Analysen und Auswertungen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
