ProCredit Bank Germany is a part of the ProCredit group, which operates as the “Hausbank” for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and for private clients in eleven countries in South Eastern and Eastern Europe.
In Germany, we focus on medium-sized companies with business relationships in these markets. We work closely with the local ProCredit banks to facilitate the provision of longer-term loans for sustainable entrepreneurial investments in South Eastern and Eastern Europe. As the correspondent bank for the group, we also manage group treasury, international payments and trade finance. With our work, we seek to make an active contribution to ecologically and socially sustainable economic development in the region.

Intern Corporate Strategy & Development
Your tasks:
Are you interested in the strategic development of an international financial institution?
During your internship, you will gain important insights into the bank's business and can play an active role in shaping the further development of the company and the group. The broad and varied development opportunities allow you to sharpen your skills and advance your personal and professional interests.
For at least ten weeks, you will support the Corporate Strategy and Development team in areas ranging from strategic analysis and further development of the bank to the implementation of strategic concepts.
You will be integrated into the team right from the start and will be given the opportunity to actively take on responsibility.
Your profile
- At least two semesters of an Economics degree programme, preferably with a specialisation in finance, business information systems or a comparable area
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Some professional experience in a bank or management consultancy is desirable
- Independent and structured working style
- Enjoy new challenges
- Good knowledge of German and English
