ProCredit Bank in Germany is part of the ProCredit group, which is the main bank for small and medium-sized enterprises and private clients in eleven countries in South Eastern and Eastern Europe.
In Germany, we focus on SMEs with business relationships in these markets. We also provide long-term loans for sustainable entrepreneurial investments in South Eastern and Eastern Europe in cooperation with the local teams of the respective ProCredit banks. As the group's correspondent bank, we manage Group Treasury, foreign payments and trade finance. With our activities, we want to make an active contribution to ecologically and socially sustainable economic development in the region.

Senior Specialist in Risk Control / Financial Risk Management
Your tasks:
- Ongoing monitoring and management of market, liquidity and credit risks
- Conceptualising and quantifying the bank’s internal capital adequacy (ICAAP)
- Continuing conceptual development and validation of the bank's internal risk models
- Implementing regulatory requirements for risk management and further development of the bank's risk control system
- Bearing conceptual responsibility for stress tests
- Reporting on risks internally and externally
- Technical support and continuing development of risk control staff
Your profile
- Good result in university degree (e.g. business administration, economics, computer science, mathematics or finance)
- Relevant professional experience in the risk management area of a bank
- Strong analytical thinking and you enjoy working with numbers
- Strong command of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Programming skills in R, Python and STATA
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Strong ability to work in a team and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
