ProCredit Bank Germany is a part of the ProCredit group, which operates as the “Hausbank” for small and medium-sized enterprises and for private clients in eleven countries in South Eastern and Eastern Europe.
In Germany, we focus on medium-sized companies with business relationships in these markets. We work closely with the local ProCredit banks to facilitate the provision of longer-term loans for sustainable entrepreneurial investments in South Eastern and Eastern Europe. As the correspondent bank for the group, we also manage group treasury, international payments and trade finance. With our work, we seek to make an active contribution to ecologically and socially sustainable economic development in the region.

Teamleitung Accounting
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die laufende Buchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Kassen, Anlagenbuchführung etc.) sowie operative Umsetzung dieser
- Übernahme der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung sowie Koordination des Accounting-Teams in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finance-Bereich
- Ansprechpartner*in für interne Schnittstellen (z. B. Treasury, Controlling, Meldewesen) sowie für Wirtschaftsprüfer*innen und externe Berater*innen
- Hedge Accounting nach IFRS und HGB sowie Dokumentation von Sicherungsbeziehungen, Durchführung von Effektivitätstests sowie buchhalterische Abbildung
- Abstimmung und Analyse von Bilanz- und GuV-Konten sowie monatliche Saldenabstimmungen mit den Gruppengesellschaften in eigener Kernbankensoftware
- Erstellen von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen (HGB/RechKredV/IFRS) sowie Überleitungsrechnungen nach HGB/IFRS
- Mitwirkung bei der Aufbereitung steuerlicher Fragestellungen in Abstimmung mit dem Steuerberater
- Verantwortung für Projekte im Bereich Accounting und Finance (z. B. System- und Prozessimplementierungen, Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen)
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Accounting-Prozessen (z. B. Standardisierung, Automatisierung, Dokumentation) zur Steigerung von Qualität und Effizienz
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter IHK
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen mit Schwerpunkt HGB bei einem Kreditinstitut sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der IFRS-Rechnungslegung
- Erste Erfahrung als fachliche und/oder disziplinarische Führungskraft ist von Vorteil, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung
- Kenntnisse in DATEV und im Steuerrecht sind von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
