ProCredit Bank Germany is a part of the ProCredit group, which operates as the “Hausbank” for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and for private clients in eleven countries in South Eastern and Eastern Europe.

Trainee Compliance
As a working student in Information Security at ProCredit Bank, you will be part of the team right from the start and provide support on operational issues and projects. If you are interested, you can also take on your own projects to promote the further development of information security in our bank.
Your tasks

Dann erhältst Du in unserem 15-monatigen Traineeprogramm die Gelegenheit tiefgehende Einblicke in das Tagesgeschäft unserer Compliance Abteilung. Dabei kannst Du Dich Deinen Interessen entsprechend innerhalb unserer Bank weiterentwickeln, von Beginn an Verantwortung übernehmen und aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Bank mithelfen.
Im Rahmen dieses Traineeprogrammes wirst Du von Beginn an intensiv integriert und unter anderem mit folgenden Aufgaben betraut:
Unterstützung beim operativen Tagesgeschäft, insbesondere:

Überwachung von Kundentransaktionen im Hinblick auf mögliche Geldwäsche und Terrorismusfinanzierung auf der Grundlage risikosensitiver Verfahren und entsprechender Softwarelösungen

Identifizierung ungewöhnlicher oder verdächtiger Transaktionen, die einer Analyse und Eskalation unterzogen werden, Einholung zusätzlicher notwendiger Informationen

Unterstützung bei der Risikobewertungen und Evaluierungen

Überwachung von Änderungen in Hochrisiko-Ländern und Aktualisierung der entsprechenden Verfahren innerhalb der Bank

Teilnahme an verschiedenen Projekten zur Verbesserung der AML-Prozesse und -Verfahren der Bank

Erstellung der entsprechenden AML- und Compliance-Berichte für den Compliance-Ausschuss und das Management

Unterstützung bei der Prozessoptimierung und Mitarbeit bei Projekten

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Transaction & Direct Banking, Payments, Legal, SME und Trade Finance

Your profile
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, bspw. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Jura, Naturwissenschaften, Informatik (oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss)
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, Interesse am Bankgeschäft und Spaß im Umgang mit Zahlen
- Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Interesse und/oder Affinität für IT-spezifische Themen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
