ProCredit Bank Germany is a part of the ProCredit group, which operates as the “Hausbank” for small and medium-sized enterprises and for private clients in eleven countries in South Eastern and Eastern Europe.

In Germany, we focus on medium-sized companies with business relationships in these markets. We work closely with the local ProCredit banks to facilitate the provision of longer-term loans for sustainable entrepreneurial investments in South Eastern and Eastern Europe. As the correspondent bank for the group, we also manage group treasury, international payments and trade finance. With our work, we seek to make an active contribution to ecologically and socially sustainable economic development in the region.

Trainee Non-Financial Risk Management

In unserem 18-monatigen Traineeprogramm hast du die Gelegenheit, tiefgehende Einblicke in die genannten Bereiche zu erhalten und dich deinen Interessen entsprechend weiterzuentwickeln.
Im Rahmen des Traineeprogrammes im Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) wirst du von Beginn an intensiv in das Team integriert und erhältst so die Möglichkeit, deine Kenntnisse aus dem Studium von Beginn an in die bankbetriebliche Praxis einzubringen. Du wirst während deines Traineeprogramms unter anderem mit folgenden Aufgaben betraut:

  • Identifikation, Bewertung, Steuerung und Überwachung nicht-finanzieller Risiken, insbesondere:
  • Operationelle Risiken
  • IKT-/Cyber-Risiken
  • Informationssicherheitsrisiken
  • Durchführung von Szenarioanalysen und Self Assessments
  • Analyse und Nachverfolgung von Risk Events und Incidents
  • Risikoberichterstattung an das Risikokomitee, den Vorstand und den Aufsichtsrat der Bank sowie die Aufsichtsbehörden
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des internen Kontrollsystems sowie bei Projekten im Bereich der Informationssicherheit und des IKT-Risikomanagements Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen (z.B. MaRisk, DORA, ZAG)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen (z.B. MaRisk, DORA, ZAG)
  • Begleitung von internen sowie externen Prüfungen

Im Anschluss an das Traineeprogramm streben wir ein langfristiges Beschäftigungsverhältnis an.

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit NFRM-Schwerpunkt oder ein vergleichbarer Studienabschluss
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Interesse an informationstechnischen Themen und Cybersicherheit
  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Ein hohes Maß an Sozialkompetenz, kritischem Denken und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
