ProCredit Bank Germany is a part of the ProCredit group, which operates as the “Hausbank” for small and medium-sized enterprises and for private clients in eleven countries in South Eastern and Eastern Europe.
In Germany, we focus on medium-sized companies with business relationships in these markets. We work closely with the local ProCredit banks to facilitate the provision of longer-term loans for sustainable entrepreneurial investments in South Eastern and Eastern Europe. As the correspondent bank for the group, we also manage group treasury, international payments and trade finance. With our work, we seek to make an active contribution to ecologically and socially sustainable economic development in the region.

Du hast Interesse an den Bereichen Treasury sowie am Risikomanagement und dem Backoffice Treasury?
In unserem 18-monatigen Traineeprogramm hast du die Gelegenheit, tiefgehende Einblicke in die genannten Bereiche zu erhalten und dich deinen Interessen entsprechend weiterzuentwickeln.
Im Rahmen des Traineeprogrammes in der Treasury wirst du von Beginn an intensiv integriert und unter anderem mit folgenden Aufgaben betreut:
- Asset-Liability Management
- Planung und Steuerung der Liquidität der ProCredit Bank Deutschland
- Versorgung unserer Schwesterbanken mit Finanzierungs- und Investitionsmöglichkeiten
- Handel von Währungs- und Zinsswaps im Rahmen des Liquiditäts-, Zins- und Währungsmanagements als Teil der Risikomanagementstrategie der Bank
- Handel von Bonds und Bond Research
- Regulatorische Themen im Bereich Treasury
Dabei wirst du von Beginn an in das Team integriert und erhältst die Möglichkeit, aktiv mitzuwirken und Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Ein Auslandsaufenthalt bei einem Treasury Team in einer unserer ProCredit Banken ermöglicht es dir zusätzlich wertvolle Erfahrungen bei einem unserer Teams vor Ort zu sammeln.
Im Anschluss an das Traineeprogramm streben wir ein langfristiges Beschäftigungsverhältnis an.
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, gerne mit einer Vertiefung in Banking oder Finance oder ein vergleichbarer Studienabschluss
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Spaß im Umgang mit Zahlen
- Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an Finanzinstrumenten
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise sprichst du eine weitere Fremdsprache, die sich in unserer Gruppe einsetzen lässt
