Two deposit products
are offered by ProCredit Bank AG, which are explained below in simple terms:
Call money account
You deposit your money in a call money account and receive interest in return. You can access the entire amount at any time without notice. You can transfer amounts to the reference account at any time. The interest rate on the call money account is subject to change. The interest is credited to your call money account at the end of each calendar year. The current interest rate is available on our website. You can open a call money account online via our website. You will need to provide proof of identity to do so.
Term deposit account
To open a term deposit account, you first need a call money account, which is used for settlement. With a term deposit account, you deposit a certain amount for a fixed period of time and receive interest on the deposited sum. You cannot access the money during this period. In return, we guarantee the interest rate for this period. You can find the current interest rate on our website. The interest is credited to your call money account after each investment year. At the end of the term, we will automatically transfer the total amount to your call money account.
Both products can only be opened online.
